How long will my order take to arrive?
Average processing time for an order is 5-7 business days. You will receive an email stating when your order has shipped. Currently FedEx ground is the only shipping method but we are working on adding more options.

Do you have sizing charts for your products?
Yes. This is located in the changing room under the size menu. There is a link called sizing charts. This will give you the measurements in inches of the length and width of each item. Also a copy of this file is located in the tools & tips section of our webstie.

Do you accept returns?
Since every item is created specifically for your order, we do not allow returns. The one exception to this is if your product has a defect or damage.

The color of apparel I ordered looks different than what I saw on the screen. Why?
Unfortunately monitor settings vary from computer to computer. It is best to go by the items color description located above the color selector. Such as Mens Navy Tee. Another option is to download and print the apparel guide located in our tools & tips section.

I can't see the design very well on the screen. How do I enlarge it?
Currently there is only one way to see the design larger. Located at the bottom of the graphic you see before you go into the changing room is a link that states (view larger). This will give you a larger view on a single color. We are currently working on a way to allow enlarged views on everything in the changing room.

Are there any special wash and care instructions I should follow?
Our products are not any different that what you are used to washing.
